1. Capron Zoning Map Amendment
- Request by Herman M. Sadler, Jr., applicant, for Elliott Sadler Investments, LLC, owner, for a change in zoning designation from Capron R-1, General Residential District to Capron B-1, General Business District to create a parking lot. The property is Tax Parcel 57A-1-52, is located at 18069 Southampton Parkway (Hwy 58) and is approximately 0.458 acres in size.
2. CUP 2015:02 - Request by Frederick Womble, SBA Communications Corporation on behalf of Verizon Wireless, applicant, on behalf of Jeremy and Jessica Edsall, owners, for a Conditional Use Permit to install a 199' monopole tower on property known as Tax Parcel 47-10, located on the east side of Johnsons Mill Road (SR 641) approximately 3528' south of its intersection with Vicksville Road (SR 645), with a property address of 17437 Johnsons Mill Road. The property is in the Jerusalem Voting and Magisterial Districts.
3. Amendments to the Southampton County Code, Chapter 18, Zoning, including amendments to the following sections:
