as prepared by Rhodeside & Harwell, Inc., and
Foursquare Integrated Transportation Planning on behalf of Senior Services of
Southeastern Virginia through Southampton County.
2. 2013-2018 Southampton County proposed Capital Improvements Plan.
3. Updated proffer amount.
A Southampton County resolution adopted on June 26,
2006, set the suggested proffer amount for residential construction of all types at
$1,728 per unit. Updated Census information, assessment information, and Capital
Improvements Plan information entered into the existing matrix suggested $2,260 for
detached single family residences, $0 for multifamily residences, and $3,135 for
