III. PUBLIC HEARINGS - 
      
      1.  CPA 2014:02 - Request by Timothy W. Drewry, applicant, on behalf of Jonathan and Teresa Gibbs, owners, for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Commercial to Industrial in the Courtland Planning Area.  The property is 1.39 +/- acres in size.  It is located at 23555 Jerusalem Road (Rt. 58), Courtland is known as Tax Parcel 75-15G.

      2.  RZA 2014:03 - Request by Timothy W. Drewry, applicant, on behalf of Jonathan and Teresa Gibbs, owners for a zoning map amendment from B-1, Local Business District, to CM-1, Conditional Limited Industrial District.  The property is 1.39 +/- acres in size.  It is located at 23555 Jerusalem Road (Rt. 58), Courtland, and is known as Tax Parcel 75-15G.

      3.  RZA 2-14:04 - Request by Joe Nye Wiggins and Joe Nye Wiggins Life Estate, owners, for a zoning map amendment from A-1, Agricultural, to CRR, Conditional Rural Residential to create five (5) residential lots.  The request includes 10 acres +/- acres of a 434.30 +/- acre parcel.  The proposed lots are located along Smiths Ferry Road (Rt. 258) and Schoolhouse Road (Rt. 689) near their intersection.  The property is known as a portion of Tax Parcel 106-15, 15F&1.
